"American Idol" 's Chinese version
There are 2 very popular live shows who copy American Idol in China: Female version and Male version.
And interestingly, the winners of both shows are quite gay (or lesbian) look like, a tom-boy girl and femme boy.

what's wrong with the audience? They vote for what they like?
